My Philosophy
I don’t believe we are broken.
Life can just be tough, and maybe we haven’t yet learned the tools to navigate our challenges with loving awareness.
What is Mindfulness?
In a word, everything.
We learn how to become the observer of our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and body sensations. We watch all the arising and passing phenomena without being overly identified. We create distance and dis-identify which creates space, room for us to breathe and just be.
The result?
More awareness, greater presence.

Tea Appreciation & Mindfulness
HAWAII KAI
I’ve partnered with tea monk, Kursten Brewer to embark on a contemplative and embodied tea drinking ritual. We’ll savor rose, pu erh, and chrysanthemum from Kursten’s unique selection of ceremonial-grade teas while embracing the full tea ritual—from holding the cup in your hands, to lifting it with intention, tasting each note on your tongue before gently swallowing.
Mindfulness with Mudra
My workshops offer beginners a welcoming space to explore mindfulness and self-compassion through guided meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and yoga.
Together, we create a safe and supportive environment to grow, heal, and connect.
